Terms of Service Bluechipspace

1. Acceptable Use Policy

All services provided by Bluechipspace must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Country, State or City law is strictly prohibited. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold Bluechipspace harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

1.1 Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on all Bluechipspace servers:

  • Pornography and sex-related merchandising (including suggestive content or links to adult content)
  • Pirated software, warez, or hacker programs/archives
  • Non-licensed MP3s, software, or copyrighted material
  • Material protected by trade secret or other statute
  • Material judged to be threatening, obscene, or harmful
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • IRC bots and similar unauthorized software
  • Sites that may damage our servers or other Internet servers
  • Links to any of the above prohibited materials

Bluechipspace will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.

1.2 Server Abuse & Resource Usage

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to move your site or request cancellation if you use a majority of system resources which affects other users.

Excessive Resource Usage: Any website that uses an excessively high amount of server resources (including but not limited to CPU time, memory, and network bandwidth) will be given the option to either upgrade its service level or reduce the resource used to an acceptable level.

2. Anti-Spam & Email Usage Policy

2.1 Anti-Spam Policy

Bluechipspace strictly prohibits the use of its servers, network, IP addresses, or domains for the transmission, facilitation, or support of spam, spam-related software, or any form of SMTP misuse.

Customer domains or IP addresses must not be used as the originator, relay, intermediary, or reply-to address for unsolicited or abusive email activity. By default, outbound SMTP traffic on port 25 is restricted on all services. Requests to open SMTP ports are subject to manual review and approval based on compliance and intended use.

Definition of Spam: Any unsolicited bulk or mass communication sent via email, mailing lists, or newsgroups, or any activity that results in abuse or feedback loop complaints.

Bluechipspace follows industry best practices and globally accepted SMTP and abuse-handling standards. All email traffic must maintain a low bounce rate and complaint ratio.

2.2 Restricted & Prohibited Email Activities

The following activities are restricted or prohibited on Bluechipspace services:

  • Bulk or mass emailing
  • Affiliate or third-party promotional emails
  • Cold emailing or purchased mailing lists
  • Single opt-in or opt-out-only mailing lists
  • Email-to-SMS gateways
  • Casino, gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, or supplement-related emails
  • Email "warming up" services
  • Any email traffic that generates abuse, spam, or feedback loop complaints

Bluechipspace reserves the right to suspend or restrict SMTP access at any time to protect overall network and IP reputation. SMTP ports, including port 25 and others, may be limited or blocked without prior notice.

Use of Bluechipspace IP ranges for IP rotation or sending email from multiple IPs to evade filters is strictly forbidden. SMTP traffic found to be abusing multiple IPs may be blocked immediately.

2.3 Email & Mailing List Policy

Servers intended primarily or exclusively for mailing purposes are not permitted on the Bluechipspace network. A "mailing-only server" includes any shared, VPS, dedicated, or colocated server where the main purpose is outbound SMTP email delivery.

Mailing List Requirements:

  • Double opt-in subscription is mandatory
  • Clear sender identification and valid email headers
  • One-click unsubscribe option must be included
  • Removal requests must be honored within 24 hours
  • All emails must comply with applicable anti-spam laws

Running single opt-in, opt-out-only, or non-verified mailing lists may result in immediate account termination, even if CAN-SPAM compliant.

Excessive complaints or feedback loop reports may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice.

2.4 Zero-Tolerance Spamming Policy

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Customers must not use any Bluechipspace infrastructure, server, domain, or email address to send or facilitate:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Mail bombs, floods, or abusive messages
  • Messages that reference Bluechipspace as the sender, relay, or reply-to

A message is considered unsolicited if it is sent without the recipient's explicit request or consent. Publicly available email addresses do not imply permission to receive emails.

When any customer is found to have been engaged in spamming activities, Bluechipspace reserves the right to disable services immediately without warning. All determinations of policy violations are at the sole discretion of Bluechipspace.

Important: Service termination due to spam violations voids any money-back guarantee, and no refunds will be issued.

2.5 Additional Email Restrictions

Bluechipspace reserves the right to charge a ₹100 (or equivalent) fee for any IP address blacklisted due to policy violations.

Operating services for, reselling to, or associating with individuals or organizations listed in the Spamhaus ROKSO (Register of Known Spam Operations) database will result in immediate termination of all services.

Failure to respond to spam or abuse complaints may result in SMTP suspension, service termination, or account closure.

3. Payment & Billing Policies

3.1 Billing Cycles

Customers on recurring monthly plans are billed automatically from their credit card one month after their sign-up date, and every month thereafter, on or about the same day of the month.

3.2 Payment Methods & Currency

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and Indian Rupees (INR). We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. Other payment methods such as checks or bank transfers must be received by the due date for your account.

3.3 Credit Card Payments & Fraud Prevention

We use various fraud prevention methods including IP tracking, ISP verification, and address validation. If anyone attempts to obtain service using a fraudulent or unauthorized credit card, your hosting account will be terminated without warning, and we will cooperate with authorities to report the incident.

Your credit card statement will be billed as "2CO*BLUECHIP". If you receive a statement with our name without ordering our services, please contact us immediately.

3.4 Failed Payments & Suspension

If your credit card is declined on your bill date, you will receive a notice that your account will be suspended in 7 days. After this period, your account may be temporarily interrupted. If payment is not arranged within 30 days, we will terminate your account, and all files and emails will be lost.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Process

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may notify us and we will discontinue billing at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for hosting services already paid for, except during the first 60 days of service.

4.2 Money Back Guarantee

Our Money Back Guarantee applies to hosting services only, not to domain name registration, SSL Certificates, Email Services, Web Security, Website Builder, or other add-ons during the first 30 days after sign-up.

4.3 Special Conditions

Service termination due to policy violations (including spam) voids any money-back guarantee, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Domain Name Policies

5.1 Domain Registration

Domain name registration is offered free of charge with some plans as long as the customer remains a paid customer. If the customer cancels web hosting service during the first 60 days and receives a refund, they can retain the domain by paying our normal domain registration fee.

If a customer doesn't want to keep their domain name, we reserve the right to resell it. Customers may transfer their domain to any registrar at any time.

5.2 Domain Expiration & Renewal

Our Domain Registrar sends expiration notifications twice. To keep your domain, you must renew it upon receiving these notifications. After expiration, you have approximately 30 days (varies by extension) to renew at the standard price. Following this grace period, you have an additional 30-45 days to renew but must pay a "Reactivation Fee" of $100 or INR 6000.00 plus the renewal fee.

5.3 Free Domain Renewal

With certain web hosting plans and long billing cycles (reseller, 12 months, 24 months), we offer free domain name renewal for one domain name. To receive this, the customer must contact us when they receive their expiration notification.

6. Abuse Complaints & Enforcement

6.1 Abuse Handling

All abuse complaints must be acknowledged and addressed within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in suspension or termination of services.

6.2 Content Removal

Bluechipspace reserves the right to remove or disable any content, files, or services that violate our policies, Terms of Service, or applicable local, state, or federal laws.

7. Service Refusal & Termination

7.1 Refusal of Service

Bluechipspace reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any Bluechipspace Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or account termination.

7.2 Policy Enforcement

Bluechipspace maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward spam and abuse to protect network integrity, service quality, and IP reputation for all customers. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded, including during any money-back guarantee period.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Policy Adherence

All accounts and customers using our services must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

8.2 Sole Discretion

Bluechipspace will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any provision in these Terms of Service.

8.3 Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
