Technical Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via live chat, telephone and help desk ticket.
• Troubleshooting technical web hosting issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduate or Under-Graduate.
• 0 - 6 months experience in technical support.
• Should have completed Red Hat Course OR Red Hat Certification.
• Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel, WHM and WHMCS preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

Responsibilities

• End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Research and administer social media tools in support of client’s social media strategy.
• Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.
• Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.
• Contribution to the company blog, forums and social media community.
• Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns.
• Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets.

Responsibilities

• Ability to research client and company background through websites and social-networking sites.

• Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls.
